Lots of Great News!!!

It's going to be a busy and exciting month coming up!!

Wow, it has been a great few days. On Sunday I found out I am going to be part of the SavvyNSassy Design Team!! I will be starting in March and it runs til the end of June. Lots of fun ribbon to create with! If you love ribbon, this is the place for you!
There is still time to enter the Guest Design Team Contest for March!

Then yesterday I found out I was chosen to be March guest designer for Scraptivity! I can't wait to see the kit I get to work with. I was dreaming about it last night LOL!
The Scrapping Away Your Winter Blues Contest is still going on at Scraptivity! and there are some great prizes!!

Am I a Scrap Addict? has Deanne's midmonth card and layout sketches up. There will be a draw for a RAK at the end of March if you use one of her sketches!!

Scraptivity Contest Projects

Well here are some of the things I have been working on for the scraptivity! Scrapping Away Your Winter Blues and Next Apprentice contests.
This is my vintage layout.

















This was based on a sketch I created.





















For this I used all Junkitz papers and cut out all the words and flowers to alter a wooden frame set.














For this I had to design a background paper in a Grafitti line. Had lots of fun stamping and splashing paint around!!




















This LO features hand cutting. The hearts on the left is a patterned paper. I cut out all the spaces in between the hearts with an exacto knife.

Great news! I am part of Deanne's Am I a Scrap Addict blog layout Design Team!! I am so excited!! Twice a month Deanne will post a card and layout sketch on her blog and her DT will design cards and LO's from them. I love working from sketches! We have already received our first sketch and the wheels are turning! Fun, fun, fun!!

Catching Up

Well, I have been busy....lots of scrapping lately. Last week I received my prize from Fiskars from the Fiskateers online crop. It was the Heidi Grace Winter kit, which I totally love!! I only had 2 sheets of the paper before, so I can't wait to start creating with it.




















I made this wooden heart with wooden "Love" for a contest challenge on Scraptivity! The challenge was to make a 3D project showcasing flowers and brads.
