March Sassy DT Kit Creations

Here are my creations with the Savvynsassy March Sassy ribbon kit. I loved working with this kit. The colours go so well together and there are so many paper lines (especially for Valentine's) that match. You can get it right here.























I used the huge ric rac on this layout. I {heart} using huge ric rac on my pages.




















This card was a sketch challenge by Carla P. at Lil Scrappers
















I made this jumbo tag using stamps on transparencies and I stamped on the grosgrain ribbon.




















I made this frame for DH of the kids. I used 2 Cosmo Cricket lacing cards, covered them, then laced them up with ribbon from the kit.
















I made this small clipboard for pics of my girly-girl DD.




















This card was made for the weekly card challenge on SNS.




















And I still have lots of huge ric rac and both jacquard ribbons left!!

Online Crops!!

Well I won a prize last weekend at the Lil Scrappers online crop! I got 5 challenges done and participated in 2 games, and I won a $20 gift certificate to the store (which I have already spent!!) Can't wait to get my order.

This weekend there is a 4 day online crop at Scraptivity! There will be lots of fun (and prizes), so please come join in!!

Recent News

Lots going on as always! This weekend there is an online crop at Lil Scrappers. It starts tonight at 7! Should be lots of fun and there are great prizes!!

I finally got all of the TLC new products this week!! I love the Kleer Keeperz acrylic album, and all the Shape Upz albums come with so much stuff!! Can't wait to get creating!

Can you believe the April ribbon kits are up on SavvyNSassy already!!? I haven't even finished my creations with March's kit! There are lots of new products in too. Here are the April kits. Can you say gorgeous!?!?

March 1st Updates

Well life got in the way last week. Between 2 snowstorms, a day of freezing rain and having a new baby at the daycare, last week was pretty much a write-off. So let's pretend it's March 1st today and I'll give you all the updates!

Here is the March Scraptivity! kit.
I was lucky enough to be the March guest designer for Scraptivity! The papers are from Making Memories 5th Avenue line, Rusty Pickle Lucky Line as well as KI Memories lace cardstock, yum!! The technique this month is using ribbon with Ribbon Stiff. I folded some ribbon to make flower petals, embossed some, cut out stems and petals, used my Cuttlebug to cut out trees, asterisks. Was lots of fun!!
