I'm Still Alive
I know I have not been around in a WHILE, life has been busy and I have barely even had time to scrap! :( Last week I had to get my taxes done (finally, phew!), we had birthdays going on, and continuing on to this week I was/am getting 42 Playmobil auctions ready to post on eBay this weekend. Need to make some cash and clean out some unused stuff! Then today we decided we will be taking a trip down east at the end of June, so I was busy booking flights etc. As well I have a crop this weekend (Friday evening and 9-9 Saturday) so I have to get myself organized for that. Hopefully I will get lots done at the crop and have lots to post next week!

Spring Banner
Here is a cute little banner I made for Tina's Scrapbooking Creations. The butterflies and alphas are Tattered Angels framed nature fonts. They are super cute, all embossed and you can use the positive and negative parts so you have twice as many letters. I sprayed them with Glimmer Mist ~ coffee shop. The papers are Jillibean Soup Egg Drop Soup line.

Jillibean Soup Recipe Book
I made this recipe book for Tina's Scrapbooking Creations.
The book was just plain chipboard (not sure who made it) and I sprayed all of it with Maya Mist ~ brown. I love Maya Mist because it doesn't warp at all, it covers really well, and it dries quickly, though it is a bit messy. I made myself a box to do all my spraying in, so just my hands were messy.
The papers and stickers are all Jillibean Soup (Chicken Noodle Soup, Christmas, Staples, Minestrone and Lentil Soup lines). All the die cuts are from my Cricut, From my Kitchen cartridge.

Happy Birthday!
Time for another Cricutters Anonymous challenge! #32 All in the Family challenge is to make a gift or project for another family member.
Here is mine...a birthday card for my sister-in-law. I used the Wild Card cart for the whole thing. It is my favourite cartridge so far!

Contest Layout
Here is my entry for Tina's spring kit contest. She has a different kit for each season, and it's a mystery you don't get to see it til you open it. You can only use what's in the kit (and markers/stamps etc.) Here is the 2 pager I came up with. I just love this Flutter line by Making Memories!! Yum! I used up just about everything...I have some felt words, a couple brads and buttons and some paper scraps left.
